The band which was formed in 1995 and still preforms is from Glasgow and made up of four members, the front man is Fran Healy, while the other members are Dougie Payne, Andy Dublop, and Neil Primrose.

The band is considered to be the first post-Britpop 'soft rock' guitar band. They have in the duration of their career have released five solo albums, these were firstly, Good Feeling, then, The Man Who, The Invisible Band, 12 Memories and Singles, and finally The Boy With No Name which was released in 2006 and is their current album.
Throughout all these albums fans have enjoyed exceptional music which the band has created.
